Who says all New Yorker's are stressed out? I'm a Puerto Rican Brooklynite who happens to love everything about my life - my career, my family y mi amigos tambien! Follow my blog to see how I manifest my desires by staying spiritually centered & grounded. I talk about feng shui, yoga, meditation, relationships, goals, and trusting our inner voice. However, I must confess; I'm passionate about the performing arts and frequently update my blog with my creative progress in the entertainment industry. Although there's nothing wrong with a lil' self-promotion, there's no fun if only one person is achieving their dreams, which is why I write so many self-help entries.
